Sales Force
We strongly believe that, sales are the Heart of any
business operation. Our sales force operates within a
marketing strategy, professionally formulated. We
provide the required resources and training to support the
sales force.
Sales Offices
Our central Khartoum office is equipped with an inhouse
cold storage & ambient storage facility from
which the main sales to cover the requirements of
our different levels of customers.

Sales Teams
Each branch is supported by qualified and hard
working sales team, while each sales team report
directly to the Branch Manager on daily basis. Our
sales offices are supported by Eleven (11) delivery
vans and Sales reps to allow for fast and prompt
deliveries.
Recently Executed Projects
A) For the Federal Ministry of Health FMOH:
First and Second Phases Nationalization of
Healthcare Tender (from 2005 to 2007) Supply,
installation and commissioning of various medical
equipments such as Hormone Analyzers, Water
Baths, Distillers, Sensitive Balances, Table Top
Centrifuges, Heomotocrit Centrifuges, Cooled
Incubators, Micro Ovens & Nephrostomy Sets.
B) Diabetes network distributions:-
Supplying and servicing Diabetes Kits & Strips –
SMES enjoys 85% of the nationwide Diabetes
Businesses in the country. We currently supply over
850 outlets nationwide with our products. Some of
the following materials are used by Professionals
and for Home Blood Glucose Measuring:

c) Strips Accu GO & Accu Active.
